During a trip today I saw a pair of them between Renville and Sacred Heart
at about 6:30pm. The exact location is on the NE corner of 200th and 820th.
200th is a N-S one mile East of Cty 12. 820th is one mile S. of Hwy 212.

I saw one flying and the white on the wings caught my eye. At first I
thought it may be a bobolink, but it flew onto the telephone pole where it
joined its mate (I presume). That's where I got my binos on them. They next
flew into some nearby dead trees. Then they went out of sight. This
surprised me to see them in such unlikely habitat. Lots of farm fields and
not too many trees out in this part of Renville

Other nice finds were lots of bluebirds, a pair of Kestrels, a family of
young pheasants, a black tern, wild turkeys, a male N. Harrier and a single
white pelican along Hwy 212 on the way back to Mpls.
