[mou] Short eared owl at Black Dog Fen, Minneapolis

We were at Black Dog Fen Friday evening, April 13, looking for woodcock, and 
spotted a short eared owl hunting on the open area east of the mile 15 marker 
on the RR tracks (east of the parking lot.) The owl was in sight off and on 
for half an hour

Black Dog Fen, on Cliff Road east of 35 W south of the Minnesota River
