[mou] Correction, Ross's Gull

Correcting my earlier directions: Drive south on Hardman Avenue (not  
Concord Street). Just before reaching the I-494 overpass, turn east  
on Verderosa Avenue marked as a dead end. Follow Verderosa east, then  
turning south to pass beneath I-494 and on to the parking lot.
