[mou] Fox Sparrow & Sharp-shinned Hawk

I checked the feeding station at the Minnesota Valley NWR Visitor's  
Center today and saw a fox sparrow and adult sharp-shinned hawk.  I  
posted a photo of the fox sparrow  on the MOU website gallery and I  
have photos of both the sparrow and the sharpie in this blog entry:
