[mou] A nice stop in Sax-Zim

I was working in the Sax-Zim area today and made a stop on Admiral Rd S, 2.2 
miles south of CR 27 and had 3 good species at once:  Connecticut Warbler, 
Cape May Warbler, & Olive-sided Flycatcher.
