[mou] Black-bellied Whistling-Duck Refound

This morning I refound the Black-bellied Whistling-Duck found and reported by Jim Pifher and Jean Ranweiler off of Anderson Lakes Pwky in Hennepin County.  The bird was observed in the exact location posted and was sitting on a log in the water between 9 and 10 am when I was there, and still present when I left.  Thanks to Jim and Jean for the great find and getting the news out!
