[mou] Black-bellied Whistling Duck

You know the story - scan the pond for 45 minutes - check adjacent 
locations - start heading out slowly, reluctantly - then someone yells....

The Black-bellied Whistling Duck was present at Anderson Park this morning 
around 8:50 AM (but not earlier).  Beautiful bird!
