I have a full boat on Sept 22nd and man o man are we in luck! Light SE winds Thursday and light NE winds on Friday. Sunny Skies and sailing weather on Saturday.

Here's what the WSO group posted today (Wed)

  From: "Thomas Schultz"
>To: "Wisconsin Birding Network"
>Subject: [wisb] Report from Wisconsin Point -- many jaegers present today!
>Date: Wed, 19 Sep 2007 10:45:40 -0500
>
>I just received a call from Daryl Tessen, and things are really hopping on
>the Point this morning! Sounds like Jaegerfest 2007!!
>
>He told me that eight or nine jaegers had been seen -- including ALL THREE
>species. While I was on the phone with him at least 2 or 3 jaegers were in
>view, and I was getting the play-by-play -- and I was really wishing I was
>there!!
>
>Several Parasitics were seen -- including dark and light morphs, adult and
>immatures. A Long-tailed (adult) Jaeger was also spotted, as well as two
>Pomarines (dark and light birds). During our phone call, two of the
>jaegers were on the water, with one being obviously larger than the other
>-- and they were calling them Parasitic and Pomarine.
>
>Also, on the way up (I believe it was yesterday), one of the birders
>heading to Superior spotted a Northern Hawk-Owl along Hwy. 53 near Gordon.
>It was apparently in the median strip of the highway -- so if you're
>heading up, that might be worth looking for on your way to Superior.
>
>Daryl also mentioned that a couple of Harris's Sparrows had been spotted on
>the Point. He said he'd call later if he had more of interest to report.
>So far, no Sabine's Gulls had been reported.
>
>Of course, Daryl was stunned to hear about the Green-breasted Mango report,
>and is really hoping it sticks around for a few more days!!!
>
>Tom Schultz
>Green Lake
>Green Lake Co.
