Took a run out to see who was there at sunset: (7:15 arrival)

Pretty active with ducks - quite a few were scouring the cornfields as well
as in the water

Am. Widgeon - FOY - several
Canvasback - FOY - 2 males
Blue-wing teal - FOY - numerous
Bufflehead - FOY - 1 male, didn't look for female
Green-wing Teal - quite a few
Lesser Scaup - 1 male, didn't look for females
Ring-necked Duck - numerous
Gadwall - numerous
N. Shoveler - quite a few
Redhead - numerous
Mallard - several
Wood Duck - several
Am. Coot - numerous
Killdeer - several
Red-winged Blackbird - several (males only)
C. Grackle - 1
Song Sparrow -FOY (heard only)

NO waders, geese or swans present tonight

Saw several R-T hawks en route
