Late report, I birded Black Dog Lake, Lilydale Park and Dakota/Washington
County Saturday:

*Mississippi River at Lilydale Park:*

*Black Dog:*
Bufflehead

N. Shoveler
Am. Coot
L. Scaup
Ring-necked Duck
Tree Swallow
Wood Duck
Canada Geese
Mallard

*180th St. Marsh* was quite active again:
Green-winged Teal
Blue-winged Teal
Redhead
Canvasback
Bufflehead
Am. Widgeon
L. Scaup
N. Shoveler
Ring-necked Duck
Gadwall
Wood Duck
N. Harrier
Bald Eagle -immature
Killdeer
Horned Lark
Am. Coot
Mallard
Chorus Frogs calling

Large flock (est. 500+) of ducks in the cornfield at 205th & Goodwin -
unable to stop and safely scope

*Point Douglas Park:*
2 eagles
R B gulls

RIP: 140th St. Marsh is very dry - a few red-winged Blackbirds are
attempting to establish territory
Whitish looking stuff on vegetation in bottom of pond area - it wasn't frost
yesterday - what was it?
