[mou] Grey Cloud Island viewing

Right now while there is still rotten ice holding its cache of dead  
gizzard shad and a few other types of fish there are 1000's of gulls,  
100's of White Pelicans, 100's of diving ducks and mergansers, many  
Double crested Cormorants, a few Bald Eagles, all for easy viewing  
where Grey Cloud Island Trail and Grey Cloud Island Drive cross over  
water.
