John Ellis just called and wanted me to post his sighting this morning (18 April) of a Snowy Owl standing on the ice at the middle cell of the Osakis sewage ponds. From the town of Osakis, go W on Hwy 27 less than a mile and turn S on Clifford Lake Rd to the ponds. Kim Eckert
