[mou] Stearns County, Sauk Center, Sauk Lake (Western Grebes)

Driving back to the cities this evening I stopped for a break at Sinclair
Lewis Park, in Sauk Center. I scoped the lake at about 7:30 PM. Hundreds of
cormorants, a few Lesser Scaup, Common Loons and Ruddy Ducks. 

 

Birds of note:

Western Grebe (3)

Red-necked Grebe (1) 

White Pelican (6-8) 

Horned Grebe (many)
