Last evening (Wed) Frank Gosiak and I birded Lake Osakis and environs for a few hours.
Highlights of Note with many FOY and 1 life-list the Clarks' Grebe: 
(At the Trisoc Cove dead end cul-de-sac west side off of CR3..an RV campsite). 
Marbled Godwit
Short-eared Owl
104 Western Grebes
and 4 Clark's Grebes (1pr swimming together, other two mixed in).
Horned Grebes
Red-Necked Grebes
Pied-billed Grebes  (missed only the Eared Grebe)
Elsewhere in the region from Sauk Centre to Osakis:
Many Yellow-headed Blackbirds, Brewer's Blackbirds
2 Orange-crowned Warblers
Several Soras
Red-breasted Mergansers
C. Loons  (no Red-throated Loon or Pacific Loon found)
All major ducks except Widgeon and Gadwall
Bonaparte Gulls
Forster Terns
W.Pelicans
Purple Martins
