[mou] Lake Vadnais

The road through Lake Vadnais (Ramsey County) is now open.  We drove through
today and saw about 4 loons, scaup, red-breasted mergansers, and cormorants.
(cormorants were on the west side lake) Saw one lone yellow rump and
numerous song sparrows.  No sign of the swans yet.
