[mou] Short-eared Owl-Eden Prairie

This is a day late, but there was a Short-eared Owl along Hwy 212 in Eden Prarie on Tuesday morning.  He was perched on the electric wire south of the highway between Lions Tap and Richard Anderson Park.  I returned an hour later and he had left.
