[mou] Northern Shrike in Plymouth, Hennepin county.

   I birded from the car this afternoon, as it was 8 degrees F.
   I drove through French Park in Plymouth, and had a long look at a Northern Shrike. It was 30 feet from the road, by the first pond, atop a small tree.
   Also seen earlier were two Downy Woodpeckers and a Mourning Dove.
