[mou] Harlequin duck/Prescott

I inaugurated my new scope and the first bird I saw (pointed out by Steve
_sorry didn't catch last name_____) was the drake Harlequin Duck under the
railroad bridge at Prescott.  The bird is now in very high breeding
plumage.  Fair numbers of Common Mergs and a couple of Black Ducks at Dam
No. 2, Hastings.  Bob Russell, Dakota County
