[mou] Rough-legged at MSP Airport

I just drove by the west side of the Minneapolis/St Paul Airport and  
there was a rough-legged hawk hunting and bombing red-tailed hawks  
along Cargo Rd.  It perched on a hanger were I got some photos and  
then landed on a light post above my car.
