The Townsend's Solitaire was present this morning along the snowmobile trail
at Ann Lake/Sand Dunes in Sherburne County this morning. It was attempting
to hang with a few Cedar Waxwings, however, they were not as friendly
towards it.

This location is about a mile off of Sherburne CR 5. One can take 169 to
10, 10 west to CR 5, and CR 5 north to 253rd Street (directly across from CR
4). Go east one mile and park in the small parking lot. Walk the southern
trail - it's popped up in a variety of locations within the first 1/4 mile.

Or, one can take 169 to CR 9, CR 9 through Sherburne Refuge to CR 5, then 5
south to 253rd/CR 4.

The Varied Thrush in Princeton was still being seen last weekend as well.

Good birding to all!
