[mou] Snowy Owl Aitkin Co. 18

Hi,
    This morning there was a Snowy Owl at the intersection of Aitkin Co 18 &
5 North of Palisade. There were also peeled spruces along 18 west of hedbron
cemetary that look like the work of a black-backed or 3 toed wp but none
were observed. No other owls were seen.
