[mou] 2008 Spring Migrant ID help needed

Hi all,

Back in April of this year - this bird came through my yard in South
Minneapolis.

I am new to warblers (and MN) - and I thought this was a Tennessee
warbler - but the black band under the chin does not make sense (to my
limited knowledge at least).

I have scoured all 10 of my bird guides and even with these photos - and
here it is July - and I remain still fuzzy/confused as to ID.

Any help is appreciated - off line replies are fine.

I have posted four snaps here:

Cheers and kind regards,

It had black and white feathers in the butt region. The bill appeared dark and it was appeared rather large. Any thoughts on this bird would be great. http://www.flickr.com/photos/natester166
