[mou] DNR reporting dead birds

On the Mankato tv news at noon today.  The DNR is reporting hundreds of D.C. Cormorants, A.W.Pelicans and other water birds dead and dying on Minnesota Lake in Faribault County and Pigeon Lake in Meeker County.  As of Friday, nearly 700 Cormorants and 37 Pelicans were found dead.  Avian Flu tests were negative.
