Hi all,

Warner Nature Center is a partner site for the Cornell Lab of Ornithology on their new citizen science project called NestWatch.  The goal is to monitor nest success and create a database of nests across North America.  more info at:

This Saturday Warner Nature Center is hosting a nest box building workshop.

NestWatch Birdhouse Building Workshop
Saturday, March 15, 9 A.M.-12 noon
Registration deadline: March 13
Join us for a busy morning building birdhouses for cavity-nesting birds. All materials provided. NestWatch participants can attend at no cost. $5 per person for non-members. Directions to the center can be found on our website.

Birds seen on the way to Warner nature center (from the south) in the last week include:
snow buntings (between 15 (manning) and 55 (Norell)
horned larks (same spot)
