[mou] Goshawk; Mille Lacs; Migration

* Goshawk this morning on 165th Avenue in southern Mille Lacs County (about 
3/4 from 50th Street/165th Avenue intersection, just before Benton County 
line)

* Varied Thrush still being seen on CR 1 (present since mid-January, owner 
has named "Fred")

* First Killdeer this morning (way late); Sandhills, Trumpeters, Red-tailed, 
Bluebirds moving through in volume.

* Rivers are somewhat open, but only the most shallow ponds are clear.  Last 
year Mille Lacs Lake was open!  (But we were unseasonably warm).
