Highlights from earlier this morning at Theodore Wirth Park (the swampy area across Glenwood from Wirth Lake)  and Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden in Minneapolis
noisy and active great crested flycatcher
least flycatcher
northern waterthrush
a half dozen black-and-white warblers
yellow-rumps galore
Nashville warbler
a house wren foraging in the leaves
swamp sparrow  perched on a reed, in full voice
one warbler that I didn't recognize and haven't had a chance to look up- grayish wings and head, distinct wingbars, yellowish throat and belly, dullish streaks along sides
