In our yard and on a walk around our woodsy neighborhood this afternoon we
had these birds as well as other resident birds.
Yellow-rumped Warblers - they LOVE the suet and mealworms
Tennessee Warbler - at the grape jelly
Black and White Warbler
Bay-breasted Warbler
Northern Waterthrush
Ovenbird
Winter Wren
Ruby-throated Hummingbird -male and a female FOS
Red-breasted Nuthatch
Swainson's Thrush - 2
White-throated Sparrows
Song Sparrows
Indigo Bunting
Baltimore Orioles - 4
Rose-breasted Grosbeaks
Purple Finches
American Goldfinches
5 woodpecker species

Things were still pretty quiet throughout the woods. Most of the warblers
were in one small area.
Our trees are just starting to bud or leaf out up here. I still haven't
seen many insects outside.
