[mou] Where are the goslings ?

Hi... I was noticing this spring the lack of baby goslings and ducklings, I
live in Prior Lake
and there are usually so many geese and ducks and their young .. I am saw
pair  with just one baby,
and others with just 3-4 .  Is this because of the cold spring, and will it
effect other birds as well
trying to incubate or raise their chicks/young etc ? Or am i just impatient
?
