[mou] question about the Eurasian Wigeon

Greeting Birders:
 
I would like to see some comment from the knowageable  birders who saw the Eurasian Wigeon.
 
Do you still think  this is a Eurasian Wigeon, or is it a hybrid as Ben Fritchman seems to indicate.
 
This is the second reported Eurasian Wigeon I have chased.  The first was declared a hybrid by the MOURC.  I hope this one isn't a hybrid.
