[mou] Eagles' nest at 36 & 61

It appears that the heavy winds that came through the area yesterday did
serious damage to the eagles' nest on Highway 36 and Highway 61 in Ramsey
County.  We drove by the area today and it appears that close to 75% of the
nest has been destroyed.  How likely is it that the eagles will rebuild in
the same location?  They have been using that same nest for several years
now and are still hanging around the area.  It would be very sad if they
didn't return next spring.
