[rba] [mou] Ironton Surf Scoter

Yesterday, 10/13, Dale Yerger found an adult male Surf Scoter at the Ironton Sewage Ponds.  If anyone is interested in seeing the bird they can call Steve Blanich (218-546-5939) to discuss access to the ponds.
