New Seasonal and County Records List the records that, if accepted, are new seasonal or county records.

Restore Seasonal Report Records List the records that have been rejected for this season and allow them to be restored.

Update Breeding Information Update nesting information for species/county combinations.

Update Spring Summer Fall Winter County Occurrence Information This tool indicates all differences between the sightings database and the occurrence table. It is used to update new county sightings and change the occurrence of a species seen in a county.

Update Monthly Occurrence Information This tool indicates all differences between the sightings database and the monthly occurrence table. It is used to update sightings records of a species seen in a month.

Update Casual and Accidental Maps Clicking on this will run over the occurrence table and generate new "Range Maps". These range maps can be seen at http://moumn.org/moureports/moureports/birdref.php.

Update Christmas Bird Count (CBC) Occurrence Information Compare the information in the CBC tables with the occurrence tables and suggest updates to the occurrence tables.

Add Christmas Bird Count (CBC) Occurrence Information to MOU Database for count year Add the entire CBC tables to the MOU Database. User entries are added to the user table that have a name of the CBC count area, indexed by the CBC mn_code. Sightings are added with the date of the CBC.

Janssen Migration Graphs This tool illustrates the first sighting each year of each species seen by Robert Janssen.

Add a New Minnesota Bird Update the database table "bird" to allow entry of a new species of Minnesota bird. This also updates the javascript and perl files that have Minnesota species lists.

Add Robert Janssen records to the Colorbook This is a list of records that have been entered into the Seasonal Report that have not been added to the "colorbook". You can add them to the colorbook by clicking on the X.

Export / Import Robert Janssen records to/from Excel Select a species, and all the records that Robert Janssen has entered will be exported or imported in Janssen's species file format. Select a file for a State Park, and all the records that Robert Janssen has entered will be imported to the MOU database. The files are in Janssen's State Park file format.

Personal Missing Day List All records are reviewed and a list of the days where a species was not seen is generated.

Show Migration Table Show the migration table. These are the median dates for {Spring | Fall} {Early | Late} {South | North} for each species.

Generate Migration Table for the android/iPhone app This generates the above table in the format used by the app and puts it in the m/ directory.

Raw Migration Information Display all the information in the migration table. These are the dates from the Excel spreadsheet produced by Paul Budde. It also includes the updated information introduced by the Migration Table Editor.

Edit Migration Table Edit the migration table. This is done once or twice per year to add the new numbers for {Spring | Fall} {Early | Late} {South | North} for the year.

Import Migration Dates from Excel (obsolete) Select a Spring or Fall Excel file that has the migration date information. The file is uploaded and replaces the data in the migration database.

Import MNBBA data from the Cornell database With list of records Show changes to user table (don't import data) Select a season. All entries in the local version of the MNBBA database are added to the MOU sighting database.

Assign Counties for blocks from MNBBA data import. Assign a county for records imported from the MNBBA database where the Block spans more than one county.

Enter Current Seasonal Reports into Database. Enter Old Seasonal Reports into Database. Edit Seasonal Report Data Enter the file name for an .html version of the Seasonal Report. The report is added to the database.

Enter MOURC Reports into Database. The MOURC Proceedings .php file is extracted from the .php file of The Loon that was sent to the printers. This file is stored as mourc/POM{year}[AB].php. The MOURC main page reads the directory for these files and lists them on the left frame of the page. Bring the MOURC .php file up in Adobe Reader. Select all (ctl-A) and copy (ctl-C). Open a text editor and paste the text into a new window. Save this text to a file as H:\htdocs\mourc\{year}[ab].txt. Click on loon_mourc.php and follow instructions.

Enter into High Count Database. Update from the sightings database.
