Ruby-throated Hummingbird in St. Louis County

Common in St. Louis County in the Spring season

On May 24 & 25th warm humid high pressure collided with east winds off Lake Superior producing dense fog over much of the harbor area in Duluth. 25 species of warblers and other passerines got grounded at Park Point giving birders a chance to see these birds up close and personal. In one bush there were at least 10 Ruby throated Hummingbirds feeding and this photo is one of the hummingbirds feeding on this bush at Park Point
