Black-throated Blue Warbler in Ramsey County

'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - First record for Ramsey County in the Winter season

I discovered this immature female Black-throated Blue Warbler on 5th Dec, 2020 about a quarter mile south of the north parking lot at Vadnais Lake in Ramsey County. According to the MOU there is only one other record for the month of December. It has now been seen in the same area I found it for the past three days.
