Townsend's Solitaire in Ramsey County
0000-00-00

'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

This drab-winged Townsend's Solitaire, originally found on Dec. 11 2007, was relocated on Feb. 17 2008 by Alyssa, and her father, Michael DeRubeis near the Big Backyard just south of the Science Museum in St. Paul. The bird landed on saplings along the pathway in-between the Science Museum and the Big Backyard. It is best to take Eagle Parkway down to the T-intersection at Shepard Road, then park in the Caribou parking lot and walk back across Shepard Road.
