'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Washington County for the Fall season

Summer tanager - maybe a first year male at Carpenter Nature Center - First found by Jen Veith, Alan Malony, and others at CNC. The bird was seen feeding on ground insects and hawking insects from a rooftop. Judging from his beak he has found berries as well
