Common in Hennepin County in the Winter season

This duck was observed by a number of birders this morning at the Old Cedar Ave. Bridge. It did not associate with the flock of Mallards that were present on the same pond. Hybrid? Escapee? No idea. Have at it. It is at the first pond along the trail to the boardwalk.
