Common in Scott County in the Spring season

I moved our bird feeder today to take advantage of photo opportunities of FOY white-throated sparrows. This visitor evidently felt safer away from the house and came looking for dinner. I have identified him as a Northern Harrier but will welcome any help in identification. Other pics show a squarish tail, black wing tips and the owl like facial mask and a long tail. The interesting thing was that he walked from under the feeder across the driveway and out of sight instead of flying even though he'd seen me and looked right at me.
