Common in St. Louis County in the Fall season

One of a flock of about 25 Lapland Longspurs seen by Dan Tallman and me in the park at the near the airport on Park Point, Duluth on Sunday afternoon. This one was particularly cooperative as took a break from stripping the seeds off the dried grass.
