Common in Ramsey County in the Summer season

I spotted this bird from our car as we were leaving the Shuttle Parking area for the Como Park Zoo (at the Minnesota State Fair Grounds, located on the south side of Como Avenue across from the State Fair’s Warner Coliseum). I saw him at about 2:20pm in the parking lot. Sorry for the photo quality - he was in motion and we were quite a ways from him when I snapped a quick couple of pictures.
