Uncommon in Dakota County in the Fall season

This adult has been frequenting my yard here in Eagan in pursuit of numerous squirrels by my feeders. He's doing a lousy job so far. I see about 5-6 RSHAs each year in the yard, so always a treat. Pic taken thru (dirty) window.
