• Submit no more than one photo of each bird, unless the subsequent photo is higher in quality or shows additional significant field marks.

• All identifications of casual and accidental species are considered tentative until the Minnesota Ornithologists' Union Records Committee has evaluated the relevant documentation, so be sure to provide documentation as an RQD.
