Documentation for the Minnesota Ornithologists' Union Records Committee (MOURC)

Any significantly unusual bird found in Minnesota should be documented for the Minnesota Ornithologists' Union Records Committee. Either download the Request for Documentation (RQD) form ( ".pdf" version or ".rtf" version) or fill in the form included here and submit it using the "Enter RQD" button at the end of this section.
