A Surf Scoter in alternate plumage was seen with a small raft of =
Greater Scaup off 38th Street along Park Point on the bay side. =20
There is plenty of rafts of scaup and other diving ducks along the bay =
from Hearding Island to the park. I was hoping to find a King Eider =
mixed in among the scaup as last year about this time one shown up for a =
week or two.
