[mou] Boreal chickadees and northern hawk owls

Hi Everyone!

I'm heading "home" to Minnesota for Christmas - and planning to spend this
coming Sunday-Monday birding with a friend from Arizona.  He's looking for
boreal chickadee and hawk owl.  I haven't seen either reported on the
hotlines lately - any good ideas on best place to look for the hawk owl?

We'll be around Duluth, Sax-Zim, Aitkin, or where ever we need to go.  If
anyone has any hot tips, they'd be appreciated!
