Precisely $5=2E0M =28FIVE MILLION US DOLLARS ONLY=29 was transferred into a 
foreign account in MOROCCO =28North Africa=29 but the provider of the 
account in 
Morocco is up to some mischief and has refused to comply with the 
earlier 
mutual agreement by insisting that the total amount be paid to his 
account 
before disbursement will take effect=2E If for a meagre $5=2E0M =28FIVE 
MILLION US 
DOLLARS ONLY=29 we are not compensated=2C is it when the balance of $30=2E5M 
=28THIRTY-FIVE MILLION=2C FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND US DOLLARS=29 is transferred
