Hey all,
I found another GHO sitting on a nest, this one is in Corcoran..
It was just north of the City Hall on Co. Rd 116 about 4/10 of a mile on the west side,
there is a gravel road going west (Meister Road) in the north-west corner ov that
intersection back about 200 yards or so is a large grove of oak trees on a small ridge, in
front of that is cattail and brush, it's a pasture area I think, I've seen cows in there.
You can see the nest from the road (116), it's good sized and at the top of the tree, I
didn't have my good scope with me but I moved down to Meister Rd and looked from the side
and I could see the owl laying in the nest, that was at about 11:45 today (Sat 4/3)..
