Phil Chu and Peder Svingen found a Neotropic Cormorant in Big Stone County this morning, 15 August. It was in a pot hole on the north side of Big Stone Road 67, three-quarters of a mile west of Big Stone Road 21. This is in Otrey Township. Updates are appreciated. -- Anthony X.
