The tentative date for a rally in support of wetlands, ducks, and other 
wetland wildlife is April 2 at the Capitol in St. Paul. Birders are 
encouraged to participate in support of legislative and DNR action to 
provide and conserve habitat important to both game and non-game bird 
species. Specifics will be posted here when they are available. You can 
follow developments in this effort on the outdoor pages of the 
Minneapolis Star Tribune. Suggestions for the rally or related efforts
