Travis Rogers saw a snowy owl was seen Wednesday afternoon.  The owl was
still present Thursday morning north of Hutchinson, MN.  The owl was
last seen at the intersection of 210th street and State Highway 15.  (2
miles north of the intersection of Hwy 7 & 15)
